Club Membership
Yearly membership is $70. The Joining fee is $20. The club has limited its size to 50 members for two reasons. Large clubs are expensive to operate and can be unwieldy in making quick decisions - we believe smaller clubs are more friendly, have higher active membership, and are more social. (You don't have to make new friends on every trip). We do request our members to attend a few meetings and several trips per year, which helps us to remain a strong involved group. Membership entitles you for Public Liability Insurance and for affiliation with Four Wheel Drive Victoria.

Participation & Membership Numbers
Being only a small-medium club with a limit of 50 memberships we are able to avoid large institutionalised burdens and maintain a friendly family orientated atmosphere. We request our members to attend a few meetings and trips per year that helps us to remain a strong involved group.

Driver Education
We cater for all, from complete novices to experienced four-wheel drivers. New members are taught the basics whist on trips. Wanderin' Four Wheelers has three accredited Driver Instructors and Training videos are available for new members prior to attempting their first trip. We also recommend participating in recognised training courses as a fast way to gain knowledge.

4WD & Equipment Needed
All types of capable 4wd vehicles are welcome. We require that you to have the following for our trips
- UHF radio
- Snatch strap
- Rated shackles
- Suitable front and rear positions to attach to
- Insured, roadworthy vehicle
We have a Constitution & Club By-Laws although you will find common sense and courtesy for others will ensure we all enjoy each other company.

Four Wheel Drive Victoria
Four Wheel Drive Victoria is a Peak body, which aims to keep the 4WD tracks and bush open for all Four Wheel Drivers. It has established good report with the Department of Sustainability and Environment having monthly meetings with Area chiefs and quarterly meetings with the Ministers.
